Dedication to service and support for clients starts with a firms management. But this principal must not be lost when hiring staff members, working with third parties to support client needs, or retaining interns.
In order to ensure our principles remain intact, we usually do a large amount of interviewing and screening before a potential staff member or third party service is introduced to our clients.
Our hiring requirements are simple, candidates must be well educated, personally motivated and have a desire to satisfy client’s needs. While we have several core schools we like to support and work with for hiring needs, we mainly focus on Fordham University, Graduate School of Business Administration. As for experienced professionals, we typically look for candidates that have at least 10 years of experience, with five of those years being in a specific role that will support the company's efforts.
